Embrace the Chaos is a change and transformation consulting company.
We help organizations adapt to change, reinvent, transform and move forward in the chaos of the post pandemic world.
1) Helping employees cope with chaos through our keynote speaking, workshops and executive coaching
2) Development of Business Strategy and Direction through our research and strategic consulting, using Chaos Theory as our foundation.
3) Launching Experiments to move your organization towards the new normal of a more virtual world.
The idea of this company started in 2009 with our Founder, Bob Miglani accompanying a friend on a business trip to India. The friend had difficulty understand how anything gets done in the chaos of the Indian roads, meetings, large gatherings and busyness of life. To which our Bob responded, “It’s like an Indian wedding. You must “Embrace the Chaos” otherwise, you will miss the best time of your life. Because you can’t control it. It won’t be perfect. But you must go with the flow – adapt to the change, not focus on the messiness and enjoy the ride. And most importantly: always keep moving forward – because that’s the only thing we really have control over.”
And with that, Embrace the Chaos was born – first as a core principle that helped Bob to reinvent his career transforming a major division at one of the biggest companies in the world namely Pfizer Inc. Then as a successful book that hit the Washington Post Bestseller List in 2013. And later as the #1 speaking topic on which Bob delivered hundreds of Keynote Speeches and Workshops to Fortune 500 companies around the world helping thousands of professionals be inspired to move forward in their lives and workplace.
The company today is a partnership with three main principles and many dedicated colleagues working remotely across the world. We are based out of Princeton, NJ and work with companies everywhere.
Bob Miglani is a global thought leader, Bestselling Author of three books, a 23-year Ex-Pfizer executive, Keynote Speaker and Advisor to CEOs and Leaders.
He started his career as a sales rep for Pfizer Inc. in NYC in 1992 where he was highly successful at growing his territory’s business to #1. After moving to Pfizer’s corporate world headquarters in NYC he worked in several different areas of the company including Pricing, where he led the development of pricing strategies of Pfizer’s key products including Viagra, Lipitor and Celebrex. Recognizing a need in the business, Bob created and led the Market Access function (now called Global Health & Value) at Pfizer – one of the most important functions in the company today dealing with Government Payers around the world.
Over the course of 23 years at Pfizer Inc., Bob helped transformed teams, led colleagues through mergers and worked with customers, partners and colleagues in over 30 countries.
Bob left Pfizer in 2016 because he wanted to do something different with his life and took on a Management Role at small NASDAQ listed technology company, Applied DNA Sciences as Chief Business Development Officer, where he brought in the biggest business deal in the company’s history, securing market entry for the company.
Over the last few years, Bob has become an online change and transformation leadership celebrity with over 1 million views of his videos and posts on all his social channels where he reaches CEOs, corporate executives, business owners, high net worth individuals and successful business leaders and entrepreneurs – with his message from his three books that have been translated into multiple languages. He has also appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Forbes and CNBC.
Bob’s personal story of moving to the U.S. at the age of 9 from India, the place of his birth, with his family with only $75 in their pocket and growing up delivering newspapers and helping his family run their Dairy Queen franchise – has been shared in his books, media interviews, podcasts, keynote speeches, YouTube videos – is a true testament to what is possible.
